Remembering Adam Harrison: Son of Pawn Stars' Star Rick Harrison Passes Away Following Reported Drug Overdose

In a tragic turn of events, Adam Harrison, the 39-year-old son of Pawn Stars creator and main personality Rick Harrison, has passed away due to an overdose. The heartbreaking news was confirmed by Laura Herlovich, Harrison's representative, who revealed that Adam was found on Friday, as reported by the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

The circumstances surrounding Adam's death remain unknown, including when and where the overdose occurred. TMZ initially reported the news, and the Harrison family was notified of Adam's passing on the same day. The Las Vegas Metro Police Department has initiated an investigation into the incident, adding to the uncertainty surrounding this tragic event.

Who was Adam Harrison?

Born in 1984, Adam Harrison was one of Rick Harrison's three sons. He was Rick's second child with his first wife, Kim. The couple, however, separated in 1985 after three years of marriage. Adam had been involved in the family's pawn shop business before the inception of Pawn Stars, the reality show that first aired in 2009 and centers around the Gold & Silver Pawn Shop managed by Richard "Old Man" Harrison.

Despite his connection to the famous reality show, Adam chose to lead a private life and showed little interest in seeking public attention. While he maintained an Instagram page, he rarely posted updates. In contrast, Rick Harrison's Instagram regularly features posts from his other two sons, Corey and Jake Harrison.
